Encino Environmental Acquires Lemos Labs to Strengthen Northeastern Operations, Generate Efficiencies and Expand into New Markets

HOUSTON, OCTOBER 11, 2023–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Encino Environmental Services (“Encino”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lemos Labs, a leading provider of source emissions testing services based in Butler, Pennsylvania. Founded in February 2013, Lemos Labs has solidified its presence in the northeastern US primarily through stack testing and engine testing services.

Benefits of the transaction include:

• Local support for northeastern operations and customers: With the addition of Lemos Labs’ established team, facility, and assets, Encino will be better positioned to support its northeastern operations.
