We are pleased to announce Encino Environmental has been awarded a voucher by the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Technology Transitions (OTT) for advancing clean energy technologies. The voucher will fund the deployment of Encino’s SENSIA AI-Enabled Infrared camera technology for emissions monitoring applications.
Scott McCurdy, Encino Environmental CEO, said, “Encino’s selection as a voucher recipient is an important recognition of our pioneering work helping the oil and gas industry reduce emissions and fulfill its mission to provide affordable and reliable energy for the modern economy. The voucher will be used to deploy our SENSIA AI-Enabled Infrared camera technology for monitoring methane emissions.”
The Voucher Program is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law as part of the Technology Commercialization Fund (TCF). This partnership with DOE will further advance their research, development, and deployment efforts for reducing methane emissions from the oil and gas industry using Encino’s SENSIA AI-Enabled Infrared camera technology. With more than 150 years of combined engineering, project management, and environmental compliance experience, Encino has the capability to assess, design, and implement an array of strategies for simple to complex environmental projects.
