Encino Environmental LDAR Testing Team

Leading-Edge QOGI Technology and Expert LDAR Services for Comprehensive Emissions Compliance

Encino QOGI technology has a detection sensitivity as low as 0.4 grams/hour (following EPA’s guidance on detection assessment), exceeding EPA’s existing requirements under 40 CFR Part 60 OOOOa, and as proposed in OOOOb and OOOOc.

Encino’s LDAR multi-service operators (MSO) crews have expertise covering all compliance and voluntary requirements in support of new regulations.

We can customize our survey protocols to go beyond compliance requirements to include multiple points of quantification to meet your specific emissions monitoring and quantification objectives.

Rod Packing Compliance Services

Encino’s LDAR capabilities include full-service rod packing compliance to help you meet EPA OOOOb requirements for reciprocating compressors.

Rod packing assemblies are a common source of methane emissions and a major focus of federal regulation. Our LDAR team uses certified high-volume samplers and SENSIA Mileva 33 OGI cameras to detect and quantify leaks, they track compliance deadlines, and handle required resurveys.

With our support, you can:

  • Pinpoint and quantify leaks from reciprocating compressor rod packing

  • Avoid unnecessary component replacements

  • Meet OOOOb deadlines for repair and verification

  • Stay compliant with 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart OOOOb regulations

Our team manages the full compliance cycle so your crews can stay focused on operations, not paperwork.

QOGI CAMERA TECHNOLOGY

Mileva33 LDAR OGI Camera

Mileva 33F is the latest model of Optical Gas Imaging for micro-leaks detection of hydrocarbon (HxCx) gases. Spectrally optimized cooled detector of 640 x 512 pixels improves the Minimum Detectable Leak Rate (MDLR better than 0.4 g/h of CH4). is fully oriented to automation and Encino engineers are experts in integrating RedLook within the customer ecosystems and proficient on providing the best turn-key solutions.

People

Our crews have decades of experience performing LDAR surveys, conducted in a safe and professional manner.

Proprietary QOGI Technology.

We use our own class leading handheld cameras SENSIA’s Mileva 33 and Caroline models, which are equipped with the most advanced QOGI technology for the detection of fugitive emissions. Mileva 33 cooled detector and Caroline’s uncooled detector offer optionality to fit different detection sensitivity and budgetary needs.

SEMTECH HI-FLOW 2 Technology

The SEMTECH HI-FLOW 2 is a robust, portable, battery powered, high volume sampler for the accurate quantification of fugitive methane emissions.
