GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Encino is hiring an LDAR Technician to support Method 21 projects and assist with Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) and Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging (Q-OGI) surveys in the Carlsbad/Hobbs, New Mexico area. This field-based role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who can work independently, travel to remote oil and gas facilities, conduct accurate inspections, and document findings clearly. Relevant field experience and prior Method 21 or OGI experience are preferred. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Carlsbad or Hobbs.
