In his role as CFO, he is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, administration, and corporate development. Prior to joining Encino, Mark led the finance and accounting group at CARBO Ceramics, a global technology company. His diverse career experience also includes positions in equity research and engineering.
