Scott provides leadership and guidance to the Encino team and frequently meets with various industry stakeholders to support energy companies in their efforts to improve climate performance. His 25-year career includes global experience with executive and management roles in energy, environmental, and investment services companies.

Artie is a co-founder of Encino. He leads the Encino operations team and ensures the highest level of quality for all emissions performance testing and the programmatic evaluation of internal combustion rotating equipment for upstream and midstream operations. His extensive industry experience over the past 25 years includes engine control systems, particularly Caterpillar-based systems, as well as emission testing, sampling, and control instrumentation.

Joe is a co-founder of Encino and has 20 years of experience in environmental management for energy sector operations. As the Chief Technical Officer of Encino, he is responsible for enhancing the technology, processes, and procedures used to help USA energy companies improve their climate performance.

Mark Thomas, CFA, CPA

Mark has over 20 years' engineering, finance, and accounting experience within the oil and gas industry.  In his role as CFO, he is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, administration, and corporate development.  Prior to joining Encino, Mark led the finance and accounting group at CARBO Ceramics, a global technology company.  His diverse career experience also includes positions in equity research and engineering.

Jennifer Engelsma

Jennifer is an ABET-certified Biochemical and Chemical Engineer with a minor in Biological Engineering and Life Sciences from the Colorado School of Mines. Her career experience includes EPA, Tribal, and State-Specific air permitting, air compliance, environmental reporting, and regulatory advocacy roles for several major Oil & Gas Operators in the upstream and midstream sectors of industry. Her expertise consists of GHG program development, multi-asset permitting program management, emergency response, agency negotiations, compliance-sensitive projects, auditing, engineering design, process modeling, regulatory compliance strategy, new regulation program implementation, and project management for major capital projects.

Taylor leads and guides the Sales & Marketing department by driving strategy across Encino's vertical solutions and sales team. His career entails over 20 years of global experience with U.S. active-duty military and private equity backed and public oil and gas service companies.
